A witch as a matter of fact, is not in Church, even if he or she were the assistant pastor of the fellowship group (or named denomination). We are not all in Church, even though, there is a particular place we all go to, to sing, dance, give offerings, and do as many activities as possible. Being in the world, and being in Church, are not the same. They are completely different. The world is physical, and responds to natural orders and laws, while Church is spiritual, and respond to Christ Jesus as law of life. No man who is ignorant of Christ Jesus, has true knowledge of the Church.
According to John chapter 14 verse 6, “Jesus said to him, “I am the WAY, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father [becomes a member of God’s family, the Church] except through Me””.
Church can only be entered by Christ Jesus. Without contractions, no witch or a native “juju” priest, can encounter Christ Jesus, enter into Church, and remain a witch in Church (Christ). Church is not a building, Church is a person, a people. Church is a family name for believers in Christ Jesus, who have God Almighty as their King over all.
Don't say that everybody goes to Church, no, we all attend meetings together, rather; but we are not all in Church, in Christ. No idol worshipper, or anyone who practices and delights his or herself in any of the following: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lewdness, idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies, envy, murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the like; is a member of the Church! He is not, and has not come in, even if he were the head usher of the fellowship group! Christ is the only gate way to His body (CHURCH). (See Galatians 5:19 – 21.)
"Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new." (II Corinthians 5:17, NKJV.)
The only proof that a man or woman has to show that he is Church is that, there must be a departure from the old life to the New. He must experience the loss of the past him, and regain the New Life that only Christ Jesus gives. He wouldn't continue to do business as usual; activities will change in his or her life. The places he goes, and his motives, and appetites, for going anywhere won't remain the same. Except there is a New you now, different from the you before, you are not in Church. You are not in Christ. You are yet to encounter Christ, the life changer. The Author of life, the life of the Spirit.
Being in Church which is same with being in Christ, abiding in Christ, is not what anyone can deceive anyone about, it is not what can be covered. Except you have fruits (love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control) to show for it in time, it is mere assumption. (See Galatians 5:22 -23.)
Are you in Church (Christ), or you are in the building?
Know your stand now that you are living, for night is coming, that no one can have a rethink. When the light is off, the story can't be reshuffled. None of us can have it back, to live life the second time, when the breath of life is gone from our hold.
Consider this thing!
Thanks for the gift of your time, I am John Ojoagbene!
