The Greatest Challenge of Leadership Practice

THE GREATEST CHALLENGE OF LEADERSHIP PRACTICE

The greatest woe, dis-service or error of leadership practice across the world toady, whether in government or church or business or sports or entertainment; is the widespread acceptance of principles taught by men in various schools and professional groups. As a result of this general norm, true spirits have been replaced with statutory body of knowledge (principles). Hence, all men, whether righteous or unrighteous, leader or follower, wicked or good, corrupt or clean could put up a form of practice, even if they do not believe in what they do.

In short, our pulpits also have been proliferated by men and women that have a form of godliness (practice); but are lacking in the power (spirit) of godliness. Hence, if a fool (ignorant) follows certainprinciples, they could appear wise; even without being truly wise - that is the problem of the world today - true spiritual life, which ought to produce good or true governments (leadership), business, education, worship (what some call religion), sports and entertainment, arts and culture and economy; have been replaced with mere principles that lack true power for change, growth and development that our world today yearns for.

Word of Confession: (Optional)

Lord Jesus, I confess to you that I have sinned against the LORD God... In Jesus Name I have prayed.
Make hay while the sun shines is not actually an idiom, it is a command for wise effective living. Do not pray against seasons, but pray in seasons (and if you care, out of seasons).
