The Little By Little Growth Strategy

THE LITTLE BY LITTLE GROWTH STRATEGY
Discover The Secret of Effective Organizational Growth And Expansion

Outside the burial grounds, most structures or establishments or entities are built over time from ground up. In fact, when Jesus was teaching His followers in Israel the secret of the Kingdom of heaven, He stressed that the Kingdom of heaven is like a mustard seed, which perhaps the smallest of all seeds; but often end up becoming very large and resourceful enough for the birds of the air to nest in its branches.

Whenever God wants to start a thing, He often start small; however, whatever God starts has in it the capacity for expansion and growth. At a point, the LORD inspired a prophet to write in the Bible, "Who has despised the days of little beginnings... Although, your beginning may be small, but your latter end shall be greatly increased". Having that prophetic assurance therefore, everyone must have the right attitude while passing through the phase of smallness or littleness: for whatever will become great and become lasting, must surely start small - and grows little by little!

Let us check out what God said to Moses at a point in his experience and growth:

And I will send hornets before you, which shall drive out the Hivite, the Canaanite, and the Hittite from before you. 29 I will not drive them out from before you in one year, lest the land become desolate and the beasts of the field become too numerous for you. 30 LITTLE by LITTLE I will drive them out from before you, UNTIL YOU HAVE INCREASED, and YOU INHERIT THE LAND. 31 And I will set your [f]bounds from the Red Sea to the sea, Philistia, and from the desert to the [g]River. For I will deliver the inhabitants of the land into your hand, and you shall drive them out before you.

Exodus 23:28-31

The truth is, God wanted all the enemies of Israel out of wherever they had been; yet, in God's wisdom, those nations should not be driven out all at once - lest the land be uninhabitable for His people. Therefore, He decided to drive their enemies out LITTLE BY LITTLE. For many of us, that seems like weakness or fear; yet, it is a potent secret of growth that works even now.

If you also do not want your corporate or organizational growth to become unmanageable for you and your team; you must learn to grow little by little. For an hungry person, the food should be eaten all at once; yet, if one wants to live long to eat for long, one must learn to eat LITTLE BY LITTLE. Whatever you want to have for a long time, you must take your time to have it. While our generation is an high speed generation; true (sustainable) growth is hardly high speed.

Everyone else may appear to be outpacing you; but you must be secured enough (in God and yourself) to understand the peculiarity of everyone's destiny - as such, there's absolutely no reason for engaging in rat race with anyone.  Spend time to grow your life, business, organization or family LITTLE BY LITTLE, it is the secret of God, and must learn from it too!
