The place of prayer is the apex legislative assembly in the Spirit for God's children in shaping the affairs of the earth. Prayer is your war room, if you fail to pray, you are waiting to be lord over by the enemies of GOD. Pray until you see your life and the earth in the perfect Will of GOD. Never stop praying, live praying; be intentional with prayers. Stop waiting for heaven when heaven is waiting for you to speak over the situations of the earth. You are the lord of the earth by the leading (in partnership) of the Spirit of Christ. (See Gen. 1:26, Rev. 5:10.)

When Jesus was revealing the authority of the sons of God to all who live by the faith that is in the Son of God, He said:

“Have faith in God. ²³ For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says. ²⁴ Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them. (Mark 11:22—24.)

Prayer is not seasonal. If it's not fine, pray. When it's fine, pray to sustain the fine. You are here on the earth to pray, not just to be eating and drinking and riding in the best cars; speaking to GOD is not a right of some, it is the responsibility of all. GOD is waiting for you and me to speak forth His will on the earth; we have not been recruited to murmur. Every spiritual child of God or son of God must engage God in conversations concerning the welfare of His Will (Kingdom) on the earth. Speak, the reality you want to see, speak it forth.

The day you leave your prayers to others to do for you, you have left your life unguarded. You should instead pray with others than waiting to be prayed for. Partnership in the place of prayer is much strength, but dependence in the place of prayer is spiritual laxity (negligence) and life risk.
