From Glory to Glory

FROM GLORY TO GLORY
The Proof of The Sons of The Kingdom Amidst Men

One of the greatest desires of everyone after birth is to experience GLORY; it is to become great, it's to attain greatness, it is to go global, while to others, it is to walk in Dominion: the authority that is in Christ Jesus. In the Kingdom of God (our Father), having been born again, the desire and heartbeat of everyone is to shine forth the Glory of God before the world that they may see our good works, and glorify our Father who is in heaven.

Of course, God wants us to experience the reign of sons, having been redeemed and made kings and priests unto Him, and shine forth from one level of glory to another level of glory for it is written, "The path of the just [ having being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus] is like the shining sun, that shines ever brighter unto the perfect day." (See Proverbs 4:18.)

Our Father — the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ — the God of all Glory indeed wants us to experience dimensions of His Person (Glory), the problem is not whether we have the promise in God or not; indeed, we have the promise in Him according to 2 Corinthians chapter 3 verse 18: "But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord." As long as any of us is born again, joined to God in Christ Jesus, the promise is part of the package each of us has been given because Jesus has become to us our object of focus and lifestyle that we behold as a reflection from the mirror before us.

But there is just one issue and that is what the Holy Spirit has orchestrated as the focus of our meditation in this teaching.

Here is the Word of the Lord to you and I, "I want My children to experience GLORY to the fullest, but for My Glory to become their individual experience it depends on the source they are beholding or sourcing for the Glory, the honor, the authority, the promise, the presence that they want to carry and showcase". "Except I become the person they behold or bear (carry), the Father of all Glory, it will be impossible to carry any Glory at all."

Undoubtedly, we have known that there is a Glory we can experience; we can become carries of— we don't have problem with that at all — but how to move from one degree of the Glory to another depth of the Glory. If we must move from Glory to Glory, carriers of this Glory, then one thing is required for you and for me— one thing is needful— and once we could meet up with this requirement, then the possibility of experiencing the reality of "2 Corinthians chapter 3 verse 18" will not be under probability but a done deal. Hallelujah!!!

WHAT IS GLORY?

It is important we understand what this Glory is as we dig deep into the matter before us by the help of the Holy Spirit. Let's quickly examine some scriptures. In 1 Corinthians chapter 15 verse 40 and 41, the Bible says, "There are also celestial bodies and terrestrial bodies; but the glory of the celestial is one, and the glory of the terrestrial is another. There is one glory of the sun, another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars; for one star differs from another star in glory." In as much as we could talk about Glory from different viewpoints, the Glory the Lord is talking to us about today isn't another kind of Glory, but the Glory of God: The Glory of God that we have been invited and privileged to experience in Christ Jesus through the love of Father, the Lord of all GloryTo be accurate about what the Glory of God is, let's examine the account of Ezekiel chapter 10 verse 4, Exodus chapter 40 verse 35, and chapter 33 verse 19 to 23:

"Then the glory of the Lord went up from the cherub, and paused over the threshold of the temple; and the house was filled with the cloud, and the court was full of the brightness of the Lord ’s glory."

"And Moses was not able to enter the tabernacle of meeting, because the cloud rested above it, and the glory of the Lord filled the tabernacle."

Then He said, “I will make all My goodness pass before you, and I will proclaim the name of the LORD before you. I will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion.” But He said, “You cannot see My face; for no man shall see Me, and live.” And the LORD said, “Here is a place by Me, and you shall stand on the rock. So it shall be, WHILE MY GLORY PASSES BY, that I will put you in the cleft of the rock, and will cover you with My hand while I pass by. Then I will take away My hand, and you shall see My back; but My face shall not be seen.”

The Glory of God simply means the PRESENCE of God, Divine Presence. The personality of God in a place, or in a life. The identity of God. The presence that Moses, the man of God, demanded for when the children of Israel were on their journey from slavery to their land of inheritance, the land that was sworn to their fathers many, many years before they were born. (See Exodus 33:14–16.)

Every single success we saw in the earthly ministry of our Lord Jesus Christ was not made possible by anything else, nor can we attribute it to his physical structure; it was not attributed to His handsomeness — the Bible even said He was not even attractive that he should be  desired by anyone — it was not due to majority carry the vote ( not by means of popular vote), it was not government of the people by the people and for the people, it was not by man-know-man, it was not a tribalism thing. Of course, it was only made possible by the presence of the Father with Him and in Him.

According to the Gospel of John chapter 8 verse 29, the Bible pointed out the perpetual presence of the Highest with the Son (Jesus): "And He who sent Me is with Me. The Father has not left Me alone, for I always do those things that please Him." If for any reason we take this matter lightly, we may never see the result of our inheritance before we exit the scene — that will not be our portion in Jesus’ name — but we must ensure we don't take for common or joke what Christ Himself didn't take for fun.

Christ has received for us stupendous inheritance in Himself, and it is the pleasure of the Father that we should indeed reign, exercise dominion in various dimensions of His fullness in the Son (Christ), that we should walk in Glory, manifest Glory, speak Glory, as God's sons and daughters (heirs of the manifold promises of God) on the face of the earth as heaven too has declared them saying with a loud voice, “Worthy is the Lamb who was slain To receive power and riches and wisdom, And strength and honor and glory and blessing!” (Revelation 5:12.) So shall our experience be in Jesus’ name.

CHRIST IN ME MY HOPE OF GLORY

"To them God willed to make known what are the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles: which is Christ in you, the hope of glory." (Colossians 1:27.)

We appreciate God for your life, and your time to also share from this teaching, and we know that you are sharing in this today because you are of us— you are of Christ the Lord — for the fact that you are born again, it is already a great reason for us to celebrate God for your life. But friend, is it possible for a woman to be pregnant, and for baby not to be in her womb, or for people to gather and start arguing over it saying there is baby in her womb, she is carrying baby in the womb, no it is not baby; but she is pregnant, what again should a pregnant woman be carrying apart from baby — all things being equal?

Of course, beyond every reasonable doubt, no pregnant woman is supposed to carry wood or stone in her growing tummy when it is true that she is indeed pregnant; but the manner of child whether she would give birth to a blessing or trouble; a thief, a troubler, a curse, that is the only probability or reality that could be in doubt? And to this end, Jesus says, "If you dwell in Me, and my Word dwell in you; ask of me, desire of Me anything, and it shall be done [granted] unto you".

From the reality of Jesus' Words, we see that it is possible for a man or woman to be born again, but in actual sense, Jesus is not the one, the person (the hunger), that is in the man or woman. Friend, Jesus is intentional about the reality in this passage, if the expression were not a possibility, the text would have been rendered thus, "If anyone is in Me, ask Me of anything, and I will grant it". It is a possibility, it is not a careless statement at all, He is intentional about it.

Hence, it is possible for a man or woman to be seeking for Glory in Christ Jesus, wishing to command and walk in the supernatural, move in the dimensions of Divine presence, yet he or she has missed the producer of the Glory.

HOW DO I CARRY JESUS IN MY LIFE?

What is God's provision for me to be able to carry Jesus in me? Don't forget the Word of Jesus that says, "If any man dwells in Him, and My Word dwells in the man, whatever it is the man asks for, I will do for Him". This becomes a focus for any man or woman that's deserving to move from Glory to Glory. Such experience does not fall on anyone like ripe pawpaw, it is a conscious thing, we don't wish it happens to us, it is an experience we come through because of the life we have started to live as sons and daughters of God.

The answer to the question of how anyone can carry Jesus Christ in his or her life is a simple one. It is not what we have to go here and there, as long as we have established the fact that, yes, it is Glory we are seeking so we can manifest God to our generation, we want to be carriers of God's presence, the same presence that Apostles of old carried, and they were able to turn the world upside-down. And we have also admitted to the Word of Jesus in John chapter 15 from verse 1–7:

“I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser.  Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit.  You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you.  Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me. “I am the Vine; you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.  If anyone does not abide in Me, he is cast out as a branch and is withered; and they gather them and throw them into the fire, and they are burned.  If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you."

Then, the question of how to carry Jesus in us —Christ in me, my Hope of Glory — will be very simple and direct. Jesus told the first disciples and He is saying it to us today again, "Now I am with you, but soon I will be in you. And for this to happen, I (Jesus) will have to go away. Jesus expound this more in John chapter 16 verse 7, it reads, "Nevertheless I tell you the truth. It is to your advantage that I go away; for if I do not go away, the Helper will not come to you; but if I depart, I will send Him to you." That's it, once a man carries the Revealer of Christ in him or her, then he has got Jesus in him or her!

The Holy Spirit is the Revealer of Christ to us, and in us — Christ is not food that is sold in the market; He is the revelation of the Spirit. Jesus is the life that is revealed by the Spirit of the Word. Jesus says, "The Words that I have spoken to you they are Spirit, and they are life". The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of the Word, the Spirit of Christ, the Revealer of Christ to us, the image of Christ in us and that we have become.

Let's see more of this truth as it unfolds in John chapter 16 verse 13 to 15: "However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come.  He will glorify Me, for He will take of what is Mine and declare it to you.  All things that the Father has are Mine. Therefore, I said that He will take of Mine and declare it to you." "And when He is come, He shall lead you into all truth."

The Holy Spirit, the Revealer of Christ, He is our access to experiencing Glory, to advance in Glory, to be carriers of Divine Presence, anywhere we go, or find ourselves in our lifetime without fear or negotiations.

HOW DO WE OPERATE IN THIS REALITY?

We have understood that Christ in us is our assurance of Glory, is our assurance of Divine Presence, and the provision of God for us to be able to carry Jesus in us is by the consciousness of the presence of the Holy Spirit in us— this is not possible by mere human assumptions. When we are assured of His presence in us then the question will now be, how can I operate in Glory, how do I operate this life of Glory that is promised us in Christ Jesus.

One of the fundamental reasons and privileges we live for on the face of the earth as believers after salvation is recorded in John 14:12: “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father."

We operate in the life of Glory by FAITH: Faith is the medium of exchange, or the flow of the life of Glory — the presence of God through us. Faith is the medium that keeps us in operation in the kingdom, a man or woman that is deficient of Faith can't work in Glory — he or she can't operate in the supernatural — the life of God, he/she can't walk in the Glory that the life of the presence of the Spirit in us commands.

Undoubtedly, it is not as if the presence of the Most High is not in many believers, it could even be so palpable in some believers, but they are so fearful, they walk in doubt saying to themselves what if I say it, speak it, and it does not happen? What would people say about me if what I said failed? Who cares of what people might say, they are free to say anything! But who also told you that it wouldn't happen just as you have spoken, can Jesus lie to anyone?

Imagine when God said in Genesis chapter 1 verse 3 that let there be light: "Light, appear!" He called forth light out of nothing visible to the human eyes but by Faith — it was Faith Word — God wasn't surprised that it happened as He commanded, nor doubted that it wouldn’t happen. In fact, God was not surprised that it happened; that light appeared when He called it FORTH, and He didn't speak in doubt that the light wouldn't appear; He speaks in the integrity of His person as Lord over all the earth because there is no force to stop it from appearing.

I want you to also imagine the case of Jesus at the tomb of Lazarus the other day, did you think at any point that Jesus was in doubt that Lazarus would not come FORTH? Of course not, even before Lazarus died He knew what would happen after the death of Lazarus. He was in the picture via Divine relationship, and He had total confidence in the agenda of the Father for the whole earth in His days on earth, that's FAITH! Do you forget the Word of Jesus in in the Book of John chapter 5 verse 19? It says, "Then Jesus answered and said to them, “Most assuredly, I say to you, the Son can do nothing of Himself, but what He sees the Father do; for whatever He does, the Son also does in like manner."

"As I see the Father do, so I do." Friend, it cost Jesus Faith to achieve the Glory: for His life to produce the Glory that we behold in Him by Faith. In all honesty, Jesus says to u and I, that everything is possible to them that believe. Please, tell me, what reason do you have to doubt it; the counsel of God in Jesus for His sons that is making you to limit your relevance in your day saying, "what if it didn't happen?” Friend, why not leave the question of "what if it doesn't happen" for God to figure out while you align yourself to work and walk in obedience? Leave your reasons, fear, and doubt for God to figure out. It is not in your capacity or position to figure out God, stop hindering yourself from working in the Glory, in the supernatural, the realm of all possibilities.

It is written that God does not give us the Spirit of fear. They believed and they spoke with definite signs and wonders following, we also believe and we speak, so we shall our experiences be. Don't stop speaking. The secret of your Glory is living the life of faith that you have been given in Christ Jesus.

Put your absolute trust and salvation in God and stop doubting God, and don't try to reason it out your way before you believe. Your mind is too fragile and little incapability to boot or process the power and the wisdom of God Why He deals with you the way He does, or should deal with you after a certain manner. Your authority is in you seeing things the way God sees them, live the life as He is living the life, the spiritual life, the way God is living the life. God lives in Faith, God acts and transacts with/in Faith — no other currency buys and sells in the kingdom of Christ, and our Father; Faith in God does it all. Only Faith by the Word is the acceptable currency.

Live by faith, and walk in it, and you will see yourself moving in different dimensions of His Glory to Glory, to the Glory of the Father alone, and His Christ.

God bless you in Jesus’ name!

Word of Confession: (Optional)

Lord Jesus, I confess to you that I have sinned against the LORD God... In Jesus Name I have prayed.
There is a difference between been born into the kingdom and emerging in the kingdom. While the former is for child, the latter is for a son. Having been born as a child, by all means press-in to become a son.
